Private pay rates are available upon request.
No Show/Late Cancellation:  $60
Co-pay is payable on date of service.

Insurance

LifeWorks Counseling and Consulting accepts most insurances including Washington Medicaid and affiliates, as well as Employee Assistance Programs. Insurances are billed directly on your behalf. Please note: LifeWorks Counseling and Consulting does not engage in balance billing, per provider enrollment contracts.

Please verify the following information with your insurance provider:

•     Is this provider on the preferred provider roster?

•     Does my deductible apply to mental health services?

•     Has my deductible been met?

•     What is my co-pay for mental health sessions?

•     How many sessions are covered by my EAP benefit?

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge to your account. If you need to cancel an appointment, please call the office at (509) 254-3097 within 24 hours. Except in cases if emergency, your account will be charged a fee $60 if you do not attend your appointment. Insurance companies do not cover fees for no show or late cancellations. 

Payment

Cash, check, debit, VISA and MasterCard are accepted at this time.

Reduced Fee

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis for private pay clients.
