Rachel completed her BS in Interdisciplinary Business and Education/Psychology Degree at Lewis-Clark State College in 2004, and her M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology from Washington State University in 2006, with specialized coursework in counseling at-risk youth, hypnotherapeutic techniques, and certificate studies in Adlerian Individual Psychology.
She served as adjunct faculty with Washington State University/Graduate School Community Counseling Program from 2011 to 2016. Rachel served as adjunct faculty for Lewis-Clark State College, Social Sciences Division/Psychology Department from 2006 to 2009 with emphasis in developmental psychology and working with at-risk youth. Rachel has previously worked as a Designated Mental Health Professional, and as a Specialized Sexual Assault Advocate and Specialized Sexual Assault Therapist.
Rachel's interactions with clients are enriched by her diverse experiences during the thirty years prior to becoming a counselor. Her experiences in the worlds of human resource management, volunteer program development and management, teaching, and the rearing of four children have molded her into a well-rounded person and, therefore, Counselor.
